Terms and Conditions
Welcome to United Fabric Supply. By accessing our website at unitedfabricsupply.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products and Availability
United Fabric Supply sells upholstery, drapery, and related fabric products. Fabrics are generally sold by the yard unless otherwise stated.
All products, colors, specifications, pricing, and inventory are subject to availability and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, inventory, or order information.
Fabric Orders
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct fabric, color, quantity, and specifications before placing an order.
Because fabric is cut specifically to the quantity ordered, all cut fabric sales are final once cutting or order processing has begun.
Orders may only be cancelled before cutting or processing begins.
Color, Texture, and Dye Lots
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and textures accurately. However, colors may appear differently because of lighting, photography, monitors, mobile devices, or display settings.
Small variations in color, shade, texture, weave, or dye lot are normal characteristics of textile products and are not considered defects.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a large order when exact color or texture matching is important.
For projects requiring multiple yards, customers should order the full required quantity at one time whenever possible to improve dye-lot consistency.
Inspection Before Use
Customers must inspect fabric before cutting, sewing, upholstering, washing, treating, or installing it.
Once fabric has been cut, altered, sewn, upholstered, washed, treated, or installed, claims related to visible defects, color, texture, or suitability may not be accepted.
Measurements and Project Requirements
Customers are responsible for determining the amount of fabric required for their project.
United Fabric Supply is not responsible for shortages, excess material, or additional costs caused by incorrect customer measurements, calculations, or project requirements.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless separate written payment terms have been approved by United Fabric Supply.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, inventory, or technical error.
Shipping
Shipping charges are based on order details, weight, destination, and available shipping methods.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
United Fabric Supply is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural events, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged shipments, incorrect merchandise, and defective products are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
Samples
Samples are intended to help customers evaluate color and texture before ordering yardage.
A sample may not represent every minor variation that can occur between production or dye lots.
Sample purchases are final unless an incorrect or damaged sample was provided.
