Products & Availability
United Fabric Supply offers upholstery, drapery, and decorative fabrics for retail, wholesale, and trade customers. Product availability, colors, specifications, and inventory may change without notice.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, weights, colors, and images. However, slight variations may occur between production lots, and colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are retail prices unless otherwise stated.
Wholesale and trade pricing is available separately for eligible customers and may depend on quantity, product, and order size. Please contact United Fabric Supply for wholesale or volume pricing.

Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout. An order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.
United Fabric Supply reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Fabric Orders
Customers are responsible for confirming the product, color, and quantity before placing an order.
Please inspect all fabric carefully before cutting, sewing, washing, treating, installing, or using it.
Fabric that has been cut, altered, sewn, washed, treated, installed, or used cannot be returned.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the applicable shipping method and order details.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside the control of United Fabric Supply.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Fabric that has been cut, altered, washed, sewn, treated, installed, or used is not eligible for return or refund.
Wholesale, Trade & Custom Orders
Wholesale, trade, special-order, and custom orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum quantities, lead times, payment requirements, and other terms agreed upon before the order is placed.
Custom-produced or specially ordered merchandise is final sale unless it is defective or does not conform to the agreed order specifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, United Fabric Supply will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the improper use, cutting, installation, or application of fabric purchased from us.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
United Fabric Supply may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to the applicable order.
